How much do I earn?
30% of what each customer you refer pays, every month, for their first 12 months as a paying customer. A Growth customer on $29 a month earns you $8.70 a month; a Scale customer on $99 earns you $29.70.
How is a referral attributed to me?
You get a referral link with your own ref code. When someone arrives through it, a first-party cookie remembers you for 60 days, and the code is passed to sign-up. If they become a paying customer in that window, they are yours.
When am I paid?
Monthly, for commission on payments that have cleared and are past the 14-day refund window.
What about refunds and free accounts?
Commission is earned on payments only. A free account earns nothing until it upgrades, and a refunded payment earns nothing.
Can I refer my own clients?
Yes. Agencies often do, and you can manage those client websites in your own account as well.
