Ask Claude what to fix first

Connect Claude, or any assistant that speaks the Model Context Protocol, to your GrowthHasten account. Questions about your website are then answered from your own analysis and your own Google data, not from guesses about the open web.

The AI assistants screen: a form to create an access token for an assistant that supports MCP, the list of existing tokens with when each was created and last used and a control to revoke it, and the read-only tools an assistant can use.
AI assistants: create a read-only token, revoke it whenever you like.

Setup

Connect in three steps

  1. 01

    Create a token

    In GrowthHasten, open your account menu and choose AI assistants. Create a token and copy it. It is shown once, and only a hash of it is stored.

  2. 02

    Add the server to your assistant

    Point your MCP client at the endpoint below and send the token as a bearer header.

    https://app.growthhasten.com/api/mcp

  3. 03

    Ask a question

    “What should I fix first on example.com?” The assistant calls the read-only GrowthHasten tools and answers from your latest analysis.

Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http growthhasten https://app.growthhasten.com/api/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN"
Clients configured with JSON

  "mcpServers": {
    "growthhasten": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://app.growthhasten.com/api/mcp",
      "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer YOUR_TOKEN" }
    }
  }
}

Six questions

What it answers, from real data

Each answer below is built from the GrowthHasten tools run against our own website, growthhasten.com, on 9 October 2026. Every figure is from the tool output; the wording is an example of how an assistant puts it.

What should I fix first on growthhasten.com?

Called list_actions

Your work queue has three medium-priority items at the top:

1. 53 pages show images far larger than they need to be. Resize each to the largest size it is displayed at, in a modern format.

2. 3 pages take too long to show their main content. Find the largest element on each page and make it arrive sooner.

3. 164 pages let any website read them. Remove the wildcard CORS header from HTML pages.

Everything else in the queue is low priority.

How healthy is my site right now?

Called get_site_overview

growthhasten.com scores 97 out of 100, rated Excellent, from the analysis on 8 October 2026 across 194 pages.

There are no critical issues, 7 warnings and 4 opportunities, and 113 checks pass. The weakest scored category is Content at 90.

Which pages are slow, and why?

Called get_issue

Google measured 5 pages and 3 have a Largest Contentful Paint above 2.5 seconds:

/ at 3.5s and /author at 3.0s. PageSpeed's biggest saving for both is reducing unused JavaScript (about 137 KiB).

/blog at 3.8s.

Which pages get seen in Google but never clicked?

Called get_search_performance

From 8 September to 5 October 2026: /blog/seo-audit had 3,002 impressions at an average position of 80.4, and /blog/serp-features 1,365 at 73.6. Neither got a click.

The closest to page one is /blog/google-september-2026-spam-update at position 10.5 with 355 impressions, so a better title there is the quickest test.

Which internal links should I add?

Called get_linking_opportunities

Four links qualify. The strongest: on /blog/301-vs-302-redirect, link to /blog/google-goto-redirect with the text "search engine results redirect", a search that page already appears for.

Three pages, including /product/search-performance, should link to /blog/how-to-measure-brand-awareness with "brand awareness tracking".

Is anything wrong with my security headers?

Called list_issues

Two opportunities, both outside the SEO score: all 194 pages have a Content Security Policy that allows unsafe inline scripts, and 164 pages send a wildcard CORS header.

Neither affects rankings. The CORS header is the quicker fix.

Privacy

Read-only, scoped to you, revocable

  • Read-only tools

    Seven tools, none of which can start an analysis, change a setting or mark anything done.

  • Your websites only

    A token can only reach websites in the account that created it.

  • Hashed tokens

    Only a SHA-256 hash of each token is stored. The token itself is shown once.

  • Revoke anytime

    Revoke a token in the product and it stops working on the next call.

Questions

Assistant questions

Which assistants work with GrowthHasten?

Any client that supports remote MCP servers over HTTP with a bearer token, including Claude Code and Claude Desktop. The endpoint is the same for all of them.

Can the assistant change anything?

No. All seven tools are read-only. An assistant cannot start an analysis, change a setting or mark a fix as done.

Can it see other people's websites?

No. Every tool looks up websites through the account that owns the token. Any other domain looks as if it does not exist.

Is it on the free plan?

Yes. AI assistant (MCP) access is included on every plan, including Free.
