Know Exactly What Your Page Is Missing

Give it a page and the query you want it to win. It reads that page the way a search engine and an answer engine both would, then names what a complete answer needs and your page does not yet have.

What It Does

Gaps, Not A Grade

The score is the least useful thing in the report, and it is presented that way. What the analysis is actually for is the list underneath it: the subjects a complete answer to your query would cover, checked against the subjects your page covers, with the difference named one at a time.

Every recommendation is three things: what is wrong, why it costs you, and what to do about it. A recommendation that cannot say all three is discarded before you see it, because “improve your content” is not advice.

It starts with intent, because a page that answers the wrong question cannot be rescued with a better title. The analysis first works out what someone typing your query actually wants, then asks whether your page is the kind of thing that gives it to them.

Key Capabilities

What You Get From It

Missing Subjects, Named

Not a keyword list. The analysis names the parts of the subject a complete answer needs, and which of them your page does not currently cover.

Every Recommendation Is Actionable

What is wrong, why it matters, and what to do. Anything that cannot say all three never reaches the report.

Intent First

The analysis begins with what your query actually wants, because a page aimed at the wrong intent cannot be fixed by on-page tweaks.

A Separate AI Search Score

Nine answer-engine signals scored on their own, rather than folded into an SEO number where whichever is weaker would disappear.

Roughly Twenty Measured Checks

Where your query appears, how the page is structured, how it links, what it declares about itself. All measured before any AI runs, and labelled as facts.

No Invented Rules

No keyword density percentage, no word-count target, no 60-character title rule. Where a length genuinely matters, the report says what happens instead of quoting a limit.

How It Works

What Happens When You Click Analyze

Four stages, and you watch each one finish. Nothing on the progress list ticks itself: a step appears when that work has actually completed.

Give It A Page And A Query

The URL you want to improve, and the search someone would type to find it. Market and language are optional, and setting them changes what counts as a missing subject.

The Page Is Fetched And Read

We request the page the way a crawler does and parse what comes back: title, metadata, heading outline, body content, links, images and structured data. Nothing is changed and nothing is stored.

Everything Measurable Is Measured

Roughly twenty checks run before any AI is involved, including nine separate answer-engine signals. These are facts, and the report labels them as such.

Then The Judgement Layer Runs

Those measurements go to a model whose job is interpretation: what the query wants, which subjects are missing, and what to change first. It is handed the facts rather than asked to find them.

FAQ

SEO Content Optimizer Questions

Is the SEO Content Optimizer free?

Yes. It is free, no account is required and there is no usage cap.

What do I need to run an analysis?

A live URL and the search query you want that page to win. The market and language are optional, and setting them changes what counts as a missing subject.

Does it crawl my whole site?

No. It fetches the one page you enter, once, at your request. It does not sign in, does not run your JavaScript and does not crawl the rest of your site. A page that renders its content in the browser is flagged at the top of the report, because that is what a crawler sees first too.

Why is there no keyword density score?

Because search engines do not optimise for a ratio, and no writer has ever improved a page by moving one. The report shows where your query actually appears instead, which is something you can act on.

Why is AI search readiness scored separately?

Ranking in a list and being quoted in an answer are different jobs with different requirements. Folding them into a single number hides whichever of the two is weaker.

Will it rewrite the page for me?

No. It tells you what to change and why, and leaves the writing to you. If you want that work planned, written and owned end to end, that is what our Content Marketing solution is for.
